About Justin D. Manley, MD

Dr. Justin D. Manley is a distinguished Vascular Surgeon recognized for his medical expertise and contributions to military healthcare. He obtained his MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed both his General Surgery Residency and Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Manley has over 16 years of experience and is board-certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He received a Bronze Star for his actions overseas and served as the Director of Special Operations Surgical Teams at the 720th Operations Support Squadron and the Group Surgeon General at the 720th Special Tactics Group.

In his military career, Dr. Manley organized and equipped Special Operations Surgical Teams for global missions, contributing to his teams being named the MVP of Operation Inherent Resolve. He has served in operations including Operation Inherent Resolve and Operation Enduring Freedom, pioneering techniques like Resuscitative Endovascular Balloon Occlusion of the Aorta (REBOA).
